About the project
CALILIE 2018- 2020 is a project of three schools that focuses on
improving students' language skills and their knowledge of the
subject of History at the same time. The participant schools have
chosen the CLIL method to be the major technique for the project,
with English as the target language. The schools come from three
different European countries (Italy, Spain and The Czech Republic),
therefore international relationships and cooperation are expected to
be established, resulting in enhancing participants' awareness of
foreign culture.
On December 3rd, 4th, 5th, the first Transnational Meeting took place in Orte. The three delegations from Italy, Spain and the Czech Republic got together in the Istituto Omnicomprensivo, where they started to organise the timeline of the different activities and mobilities of students along the next two years.
A member of each delegation presented their school manegement to the rest of teachers, with the help of slides or videos. In this way all of them could get to know each other better.
